Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is supported by over 3 decades of clinical research trials that demonstrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has improved significant outcomes when compared to other talking therapies. It is not suitable for all types of problems, however and we can assist you in making the right decisions for therapy.
NHS waiting lists for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy are at an all time high and in some areas waiting lists stand at 9 months, if available at all . User Friendly Psychiatry provides cognitive behaviour therapy for people who wish to seek treatment without the long wait.
We offer services to individuals and companies. Companies seeking to refer should click here for our corporate packages.
All our individual packages are offered by our Principal Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist & Company Director, Caroline Williams.
